Alongside everyday open play, we run ticketed events all year round: costumed characters who visit table to table, tea parties laid out in the café, and seasonal celebrations that mark the holidays. They are the days families plan their weekend around.
An event is different from a regular Eat & Play session. Seats are reserved in advance, the room is set up for the occasion, and each event has its own price and inclusions. Everything happens in our San Gabriel café, so the play space and the kitchen are open as usual.
The kinds of events we host
Character meet & greets
Princesses and superheroes come to visit, move between the tables, and stay long enough for photos with every child. Popular with the 2–8 crowd, and the days that sell out first.
Tea parties
The café is set for a proper little tea: pastries from our own case, drinks the children can pour themselves, and time to sit before they head back into the playground.
Seasonal celebrations
Holidays and turning points in the year get their own day, decorated and themed, from spring egg hunts through to the winter holidays.

Each event carries its own price, age guidance and inclusions on its booking page. Read that page before you pay — events vary.
Reserve your seats
Book a seat for every person attending, children and grown-ups alike. Capacity is set per event and popular dates close early.

Before you arrive
Sign the waiver online
Every child who plays needs a waiver on file. Signing it at home saves you the queue at the door — it only takes a minute.
Come a little early
Arriving ten minutes ahead gives you time to check in, hang up coats and settle the children before the event starts.
The café is open throughout
Order coffee, wine or a full meal while the event runs. Grown-ups get to sit down and eat properly — that is the whole point of this place.
Looking for a private celebration?
Birthdays, baby showers, christenings and family get-togethers are booked separately as party packages, with the room and the play space held for your group.
